SHIPPING POLICY

Order preparation

Available, in-stock scarves are prepared and dispatched within one week of order confirmation. This preparation period does not include transit time.

Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces

Production times are specified on each product page. Where measurements or other details require confirmation, the production period begins once those details have been confirmed.

Shipping takes place after production is complete. Please allow additional time for delivery.

United States shipping

Free shipping within the United States is available on orders of $50 USD or more, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch.

For orders below $50 USD, Economy shipping costs $4.90 USD, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Faster Standard shipping options, where available, are offered at an additional charge shown at checkout.

Transit times depend on the destination and shipping service. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout should be read alongside the preparation or production period stated on the product page.

International shipping

Available international destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination, shipping service, and customs processing. International shipping is not included in the product price and is calculated separately at checkout.

Any duties or import taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before payment. Additional charges may apply upon import if they have not been collected at checkout, depending on the destination’s requirements.

Order updates and delays

If a preparation or production delay affects your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.

If your shipment is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the package has been dispatched.
